KX8 - Payments for Bangladesh
This guide explains how deposits and withdrawals work for customers in Bangladesh. Our priorities are clarity, security, and local accessibility, so the Cashier is designed to show you methods, limits, timing, and any fees before you confirm a transaction. Availability can differ by account status and location; verification may be required.
Available deposit methods (where supported)
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), and Upay.
- Bank cards: Visa and Mastercard issued in Bangladesh.
- Local bank transfer: online banking or branch deposit.
Currencies and fees
Balances are shown in BDT whenever possible. If you pick another currency, the exchange rate is displayed on the checkout screen. We do not add hidden mark-ups; if a provider charges an extra fee or conversion spread, you see that before you complete the payment.
How to deposit
- Open the Cashier and choose Deposit.
- Select an available method for your account.
- Enter the amount and review the limits and any provider notes.
- Approve the transfer using PIN, OTP, or your wallet app.
- Return to the Cashier to confirm the updated balance.

Withdrawals
We send withdrawals back to the method you used to deposit, where regulations and providers allow. If a method cannot receive funds, choose bank transfer or another approved route listed in the Cashier. For security, the name on the payment instrument must match the name on your account.
